  • Processing Time: Orders for in-stock merchandise ship within 24 hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Shipping Carriers: We use USPS and UPS.

  • Tracking: Tracking information is provided for every shipment.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed during weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, and service selected.

Print-on-Demand Products

Some of our products are manufactured and shipped directly by third-party Print-on-Demand (POD) partners.

These products are subject to different fulfillment conditions:

  • Production and shipping times are determined by the manufacturer.

  • Our standard 24-hour shipping policy does not apply.

  • Tracking information is provided when the order ships.

  • Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate shipments.

Because fulfillment is handled by our manufacturing partners, Buffalo Swamp Mercantile cannot guarantee specific production or delivery dates.
